Actress and Vocal Artist
I’m a high school girl who found a passion for the arts. My dad loved singing and acting as a kid and my mom is a graphic designer; perhaps that’s why I love the stage and draw or paint in my spare time. I hope to make a career out of acting and singing and see where it takes me.
I plan on attending a college for the performing arts and acquiring a BFA degree. I have my sights set on schools in California and New York, and ultimately want to work on stage and screen. I am so excited about where a future acting career will take me.
My mom says my artistic skills surpassed hers long ago…Acting and vocal work are my choices for a career, but fine art will always be something I do for fun.
“Acting and singing bring me joy.”
I have a passion for the arts – Performing Arts, Visual Arts, and Vocal Arts.
I started to sing as early as age 7 when I performed in my church children’s choir. I caught the acting bug hard when I performed as Pinocchio in the 5th-grade musical, and I’ve always loved to draw and paint; but I realized that being on stage was the most exhilarating place to be and it drives everything I do.
I’ve performed in over 8 stage productions including acting at the 2017 Fringe Festival in Edinburgh, Scotland.
I think your self emerges more clearly over time.
~ Meryl Streep
Actors need a kind of aggression, a kind of inner force. Don’t be only one-sided, sweet, nice, good. Get rid of being average. Find the killer in you.”
― Stella Adler, The Art of Acting
